Great job tonight by both the men's and women's teams. You were faced with a challenge and you responded terrifically! There were a number of tremendous swims put on by people. The men won convincingly while the women put forth one of their strongest efforts of the season.
Next week's opponent: Fairfax is coming up this week. Time to make up for that water polo game from over the break! Remember to keep working hard, stretch out every day, eat healthy, stay hydrated and come ready to rock and roll this week. See you all at practice!!
