Championship t-shirts

The athletic department is kindly purchasing t-shirts to commemorate our district and region wins this season. I will post a copy what the shirt looks like as soon as we finalize the design. In the meantime, I need to get your orders put together so we can get started on printing the shirts. Please complete this form to let me know what size you would like. 

Ladies may order shirts, too. The cost will be $17.00 per shirt. Your parents are also welcomed to join in the fun if they would like.
