South Lakes Results

Congratulations to both the men's and women's teams for wins to start the season. The men dominated South Lakes in winning 190-129 while the women pulled out a very close victory by the score of 160-155. The men's team demonstrated it's depth throughout the meet by having four swimmers place in the top 5 in four events. The women's team won by winning close races that moved us up a point here and a point there. All those close races added up to one fantastic victory!

Special recognition goes out to Grayson Campbell and Madeline LaPorte for breaking two school records tonight. Grayson broke his own 6-dive record by scoring 363.05 with the most difficult program he's ever done at a high school meet. Madeline broke the record in 100 fly with a time of 58.22.

Next opponent: The men's and women's teams will look to continue their winning ways on Saturday night against Washington-Lee.
