The meet sheet for this weekend's Liberty Conference Championships are now available here.
We will not have practice as long as school is cancelled, so if you have a club team and can make practice safely then please do so. Your teams will hopefully give you at least a mini-taper prior to the meet. You should be focusing on sprint sets with maximum effort and lots of rest in between. You want to start training your muscles to be fast so you don't need long, difficult sets anymore.
We will see what the weather does to school and the meet schedule as we get closer, so please stay tuned. Until then...enjoy the snow and stay safe!
