If you have any difficulties with completing the online concussion education course then there is an alternative to help meet this requirement. Please review these slides and follow the directions on the last slide and email a statement to FCPS that you have completed the program. It is important that parents include their student's name and high school. Students may find it easier to complete the concussion testing on a school computer. But if that fails then they can use the slides, too.
ALL paperwork must be completed prior to tryouts so please be sure and take care of this important requirement ASAP. Contact Coach Foos if you have any questions or are experiencing any difficulties.
