- Sam Duncan -- Sam won the region dive contest for the third year in a row, beating his closest rival by nearly 70 points! His performance also earned Sam All-American consideration.
- Maddy Grosz -- Maddy won the region dive contest for the first time in her career, while also earning All-American consideration. Her score was only a few points off the school record as well.
- Anna Keating -- Ann continued her dominance in the 100 breaststroke by winning her third-straight region title. She was also a key contributor to an All-American consideration medley relay and an automatic All-American 200 free relay.
- Alexandra Dicks -- Alexandra set 2 team records while helping lead the 200 free relay to a region record and the 400 free relay to a second-place finish.
- Elizabeth Kuhlkin -- Elizabeth had strong individual swims in the 50 and 100 free. Her times were even stronger in the 200 and 400 free relays, where she posted her strongest relay splits in nearly 2 years!
- Hannah Carmen -- Hannah earned her first state cut over the weekend by dropping 6 seconds from her 500 time at districts. She also dropped more than a second in the 200 free on Saturday night.
- Emma Wainwright -- Emma was spectacular in both the 200 and 500 free. She set personal bests in both events, dropping nearly 2 seconds in the 200 and 4 seconds in the 500.
- Regan Hau -- Regan had another tremendous meet this weekend, including earning her first-ever trip to states in the 100 breast. She set a new personal best in the 200 IM as well.
- Maggie Shi -- Maggie improved on her 100 fly time, posting her second state cut in the event. She also helped lead her 200 medley team to an All-American consideration time.
- Sophia Brown -- Sophia set a personal-best in the 200 IM during prelims on Friday. She also set a high school-best time in the 100 fly. She also posted her season-best split in the 400 free on Saturday night.
- John Klein -- John continued to shed time in the 50 free every time he swam it. He set a personal best during preliminaries, narrowly missing out on the consolation heat. He also provided key legs in both the 200 medley and 200 free relays.
- Joey Eisen -- Joey was just off of his personal-best times in both the 200 IM and 100 breast. He was very competitive in both races, narrowly missing an opportunity to compete at states by 1 place in the 200 IM.
- Kevin Rice -- Kevin had a very strong weekend in the 200 IM and 100 breast as well. He followed up a strong district meet with a new personal best in the 200 IM, while finishing just off his fastest-ever 100 breast.
- Benham Cobb -- Benham continued the theme of fast 200 IMs by breaking his previous personal-best time from districts by a full second. He also swam a strong leg in the 200 medley relay, helping lead his team to a 6th-place finish.
- Owen Dyson -- Owen was spectacular in the 50 free and 100 free on both Friday and Saturday nights finishing just fractions off his personal-best times in both events. He also swam a sub-21 split in the freestyle leg of the 200 medley relay.
- Aidan Jones -- Aidan had a tremendous night on Friday, setting a personal-best in the 500, dropping 6 seconds from his previous-best time set 2 weeks ago at districts. He showed tremendous improvement on his turns as well. While he didn't score, his race was as exciting as any other all weekend.
- Jackson Miller -- Jackson had a very strong weekend in the 100 fly. Not only did he set a personal-best time in the event, but he also earned his first-ever state cut as well. He will look to continue improving on his time next week at states!
- Darby Galbraith -- Darby finished in the top-4 in both the 100 back and 100 fly this weekend. Her race in the back was especially exciting as she improved from an 8th-place seed to finish second in the event!
- Morgan Howat -- Morgan also set a personal-best this weekend, dropping time in her 100 free. Not only was her swim the fastest 100 of her career, but she also added some of her best-ever relay splits to help lead the 200 medley and 200 free relays to strong finishes.
- Brayden Philpott -- Braydon had one of the best meets on our team, setting personal-best times and exceeding all expectations in both the 500 free and 100 breast. He dropped 7 seconds in the 500 and swam a sub-59 time in the breast for the first time in his career.
- Lucas Diehl -- Lucas posted an absolutely blistering split in the 200 free relay on Saturday night. His time of 22.64 is significantly faster than any other time in his career.
- Jacob Roth -- Jacob set a personal-best in the 100 back, while being just a fraction off of his best time in the 100 fly. His lead-off leg of the 200 free relay was a hair off his best 50 free time, while his split in the 400 free was the best time he's posted all season.
- Erica Rice -- Erica had a great prelims on Friday, earning a top-8 finish and a state cut in the 100 back. She's worked hard all season to overcome a knee injury that many thought would keep her out of states. This weekend was vindication for all the pain and discomfort she's worked to overcome all season long.
- Anabel Huffstutler -- Anabel had a fantastic swim in the 100 breast on Saturday night. Not only did she set a new personal-best by nearly a full second but she moved up 5 places at finals!
- Lilly Jacobs -- Lilly closed out her high school career on a high note by setting a new personal-best in the 100 breast. She's provided invaluable leadership all season. And this weekend she provided invaluable points, helping lead her team to victory!

Athletes of the Meet - Regions
Once again our team came out firing this weekend. Nearly everyone improved on their seed times and moved up in the standings throughout the evening. The result was an overall team effort that helped both teams exceed expectations! The following athletes deserve special recognition for their accomplishments this weekend:
