District Entries

The entries for this season's Liberty District Championships are now finalized. Check the Facebook group to access a copy (lest our friends at Langley happen upon our little site ...). If you aren't swimming in districts then please do not come to practice this week. If you're swimming at districts then we'd love to have you all week. But if you can only come to a few then here's some information to help you choose ...

• Monday -- Everyone
• Tuesday -- People swimming 100s or 50s (distance swimmers also welcomed)
• Wednesday -- Dry land. If you have a USS coach that will help you train for districts then go to their practice. If not the come to ours.
• Thursday -- People swimming 200s and 500s (sprinters also welcomed)
