- Jason Bookstaver -- Jason earned his "E" with a gutsy performance in the 500. Jason came to the coaching staff and specifically requested an opportunity to swim the 500. He prepared all week by pushing himself in every practice. He takes instruction well and is always looking for ways to improve his strokes and times.
- Will Noel -- There is no one on the team that works harder than Will. One example came from practice this week. When the swimmer ahead of Will stopped to take a break, Will jumped right in without a thought. He had 5 seconds of rest coming to him but he chose to get back in and keep going. His never-say-die attitude is one that his teammates would be well-served to emulate.
- Lilly Jacobs -- Lilly is being recognized because of her willingness to work hard while maintaining a smile. She has a great attitude at practice where she is constantly smiling. There is never a set that she does not work hard on. Despite being sick this week she continued to work hard and never voiced a single complaint about being tired or ill.
- Noah Zimmerman -- Noah is another young man who simply will not allow himself to give in to exhaustion or discomfort. Noah is constantly diving into during sets throughout the week. Regardless of how difficult the interval, Noah never gives up and is always striving to become better.
