- Charlotte Dixon - Charlotte had a stand-out Sophomore season this year. She established herself as one of the top athletes in the district, region and state. In addition to All-Met honors, Charlotte was named First Team All-District, First-Team All-Region, and All-State. She was also a member of the state-qualifying 200 free and 400 free relays.
- Regan Hau - Regan flashed her versatility all year, securing spots at states in two different events. She was First-Team All-District, First-Team All-Region and First-Team All-State this year. Her time in the 100 breast also earned her All-American consideration. Regan served as captain her senior year and was named Academic All-American by the National Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association (NISCA) as well.
- Emma Wainwright - Emma completed her senior year with a flourish by qualifying for states in two separate events, including a fourth-place finish in the 100 back. Emma was named First-Team All-District and First-Team All-Region along with her All-Met recognition. She was also recognized by NISCA as an Academic All-American.
- Owen Dyson - This year was the second time in his career that Owen was named to the All-Met team (there were no All-Met teams during the 2020-21 season). He finished seventh in both the 50 free and 100 free at States, as well as leading the 200 medley relay to a top-8 finish. Owen was also named First-Team All-District and First-Team All Region.

4 Madison Swimmers Named All-Met
Congratulations to Charlotte Dixon, Regan Hau, Emma Wainwright and Owen Dyson for being named to this year's Washington Post All-Met team. Each of these athletes earned Honorable Mention status for their performances this past season.
