The preliminary meet sheet for tomorrow night's meet against McLean is now available. You'll notice that we are missing several athletes this week due to the NCAP Invitational -- especially on the women's side. That means several athletes have an opportunity to show everyone what they are capable of! We even have several divers pitching in on relays.

Please arrive at door #1 at 4:45 with your warm-ups and parka. Dive will compete first, followed by swim. That means it will be a long evening so please bring plenty of water and snacks to get you through the meet. The air is also notoriously bad at Spring Hill, so make sure to bring your asthma medication since you may need it! We will go out to dinner at Glory Days after the meet. See you tomorrow!
